Our Capote apartment, with its opulent, elegant furnishings and playful 50s elements brings this fascinating lifestyle back to life. Understated colors and luxurious velvet fabrics play a central role in the textiles of the living area. The luxurious and sophisticated look pays tribute to the dazzling and enigmatic author.

Truman Capote was also an eccentric man who always needed enough room for his entrances and debuts. That’s why this raised ground floor apartment with ca. 55 m² living space and balcony is our largest apartment with enough room for two people.
The open kitchen and living space with separate bedroom offer enough space to both relax and work. The living area has a comfortable sofa and armchair. For entertainment, there is a 4K Smart TV and SONOS sound-system where you can play your own music collection, whether it’s Spotify, Amazon Prime Music, Apple Music, Deezer, Google Play Music, Napster, WiMp or any other music platform. Streaming is also no problem with our high-speed Wi-Fi. Every apartment has its own router with a VDSL connection (100 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speed).
There is a spacious closet with enough space for two people. Towels and bedding are, of course, included and are cleaned and changed every week. There is also a washing machine available one floor below.
The bright bathroom has a shower.

Our Capote apartment offers a spacious living and dining area together with a balcony. The large bedroom also comes complete with a desk for home-office work. A small hallway connects the bedroom to the bathroom.

Nowhere else in Hamburg can you make friends and acquaintances faster than in St. Georg. The district is known for its eclectic mix of people, lifestyles and cultures. Here, you can find various artist ateliers, as well as nearby museums like the Hamburg “Kunsthalle” and other renown theatres. The Alster is easily reached in a couple of minutes per foot.
The well visited “Lange Reihe” area can also be found here with its numerous historic architectural buildings, diverse restaurants and welcoming cafés. Moreover, St. Georg is right next to the main central train station for quick connections to all metropolitan transit services, as well as mainline trains to other travel destinations.
