Laundry Service

You wear it – we wash it. Every Friday at 9 a.m. your laundry bag is picked up by our team and washed. On the following Tuesday morning, you can look forward to fresh and clean laundry.

Shuttle Service

In order to make you feel at home right at your arrival, we offer a shuttle service. A chauffeur picks you up at the airport and brings you to your booked apartment. Of course, the trip back is also bookable at the end of your stay. The prices for the one-way transfer Business Class (E-Class) are 105 €, in Economy-Class 57 € incl. VAT.

Personal handover

Making people feel welcome ideally means personally greeting them. That’s why on the day of your arrival, you will receive a transponder key from one of our colleagues directly in front of the apartment.

Housekeeping

A clean apartment is always a joy to behold. That's why we have professional cleaning service that comes by your apartment every Tuesday. Their duties include general tidying up, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, as well as changing the bed sheets and towels.

The future of mobility is standing right in your parking spot. With our eSmart , you have all the flexible mobility you need. Simply rent per app, hop in and go – just like a private car. And because it’s electric, you can charge it at home and leave the gas stations behind.
